Lync 2013 Server Front-End Servisi Başlamıyor! Event id 7024 | Event id 7034

Bugün size karşılaşmış olduğumuz bir problemden bahsetmek istiyoruz. Belli bir süredir kurmuş ve kullanımda olan Lync serverınızın frontent end servisi stop duruma gelmiş olabilir.

Servisi start etmek istediğinizde size aşağıdaki gibi bir hata veriyorsa;

Windows could not start the Lync Server Front-End on local computer. for more information, review the system event log. I this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the servine vendor, and refer to service-specific error code -1008193021

Event loglarda;

Event id 7024 : The Lync Server Front-End service terminated with service-specific error %%-1008193021

Event id 7034 : The Lync Server Front-End service terminated unexpectedly

logları düşüyorsa, asıl sorununuz Lync Serverın Eveulation yani 180 günlük deneme sürümü olarak kurulmasıdır. Bu sorunu aşmak için Lync Server 2013ünüzü RTM sürüme geçmelisiniz.

Peki nasıl yapacağız?

·         Öncelikle MSDN sayfasından Volume License medyanızı indirin ve bu dvddeki setup.exe’yi çalıştırın.

·         Install or Update Lync Server System’e tıklayınız.

·         Ardından Setup or Remove Lync Server Components’ e tıklıyoruz.

·         Cmd’yi run as administrator ile açın ve şu komutu çalıştırın   \Setup\amd64\setup and then run msiexec.exe /fvomus server.msi EVALTOFULL=1 /qb

·         Lync Management Shell’i run as administrator ile çalıştırın ve ardından Enable-CSComputer komutunu çalıştırın.

Lync Server’ınızı restart etttikten sonra servisin start olduğunu ve Lync Serverınızın stabil çalıştığını görebileceksiniz.
